I'm tournament chairman for a charity golf tournament in the big metropolis of Lancaster, SC (my home town). The tournament is entitled Warrior Salute Charity Golf Tournament, has been sanctioned by The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), and all proceeds will go to WWP. It will be held on June 28, 2014. We already have 29 of 30 four-man teams signed up, and have raised $28,000 already. Almost all contributions thus far have come from the local community, although the Air Force Academy Society of NC has contributed over $500, our classmates Bobby Floyd and Steve Marlier are fielding teams, and Mike Moffitt has made a cash contribution.
