Season's
Greetings from our Colorado Homestead
We
feel like we only worked on the house this past year, but
in fact we did a few other things--saw our buddy Warren Buffet
in Omaha again, camped out in Utah after we went to Rogers
fathers funeral, enjoyed friends and family on Oneida Lake
after Martys moms funeral, took part in the Albuquerque
Balloon Fiesta Rally, and got started on the Airstream Hangar
next to the new house. We look forward to finishing our building
projects, fully retiring (for real this time), and taking all those
trips weve been promising ourselves (and you). Marty is planning
on a new hip in the spring, but we still hope to be back in the
kayaks by late summer.
We wish everyone the best in 2015. Come visit us at the new
homestead!

PS--the
new house is about 1-1/2 miles down the highway, so we're still easy
to find. We might even be in it by May. The heat is on, the lights
are in, and the tile guy started this week.
We lost two very fine people this year, but they lived long and fruitful
lives. We have many wonderful memories of them.
For
my Airstream friends (many of you have seen this already) the photo
below gives you a good idea of how much space
I'll have for working on the Airstreams. I can even stand on top and
work on the air conditioner! The problem is, Marty
will get the same idea about this space that she got about my studio
next door, which turned out to be "the perfect place
for a guest room." This space may turn into the Sinus glider
assembly area...
