| Update following the 14 October 2009 AOG Class Advisory
Senate (CAS) meeting . . .Classmates,
The Class Advisory Senate (CAS) continues to work to represent your interests to the AOG Board. As mentioned in my last communiqué, the new AOG Board has shown a strong tendency to listen to the CAS input. The message here is you should ensure you get your opinion to your CAS representative (me!). The meeting agenda from the 14 Oct meeting is attached, click here. I’ll limit my discussion to just three items.
1. Self improvement efforts of Class Advisory Senate (CAS) – With the help of Robert Mishev, Class of ’99, the CAS went through an exercise to improve the CAS. It was very interesting and the data with some interpretations are attached, click here. A few action items to improve the mission focus and accomplishment resulted. I’ll have more to say about that as we move forward.
2. Here is a short list from the AOG CEO T Thompson serving as a brief update from T’s point of view, click here.
3. My last comment will seem familiar as I’ve said it before. I see value in the AOG and the USAFA Endowment (UE); support both as you can.
